You will need:
1 14 oz can coconut cream
1 14 oz can full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp ground turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp sea salt
Beat together all ingredients until evenly incorporated.
Pour mixture into ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
When you’re ready to make ice cream, transfer ice cubes to a high-speed blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe dish to save for later.
