Crispy Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease or line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Wash and scrub potatoes. Pat dry and cut into wedges by first cutting each potato in half, then slicing the halves vertically to create the wedges.
- Toss wedges in olive oil.
- Add the paprika, garlic powder, and dried parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread wedges on baking tray and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm with your favorite dip!
