You will need:
12 oz spaghetti, cooked
1/2 large head of cabbage, shredded (yields ~1 cup)
3 large carrots, shredded (yields ~1 cup)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Chinese Five Spice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp sesame seeds, plus more for garnish
1 tbsp crushed peanuts, plus more for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, peanut butter, sesame oil, vinegar and spices.
Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce.
Add shredded cabbage, carrots, sesame seeds and crushed peanuts.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
