You will need:
1 cup broccoli florets, roasted for 20-25 minutes
1/4 cup basil (or sub half the basil for 1/8 cup tightly packed spinach)
1/4 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup water or vegetable broth, plus more to blend
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp nondairy milk
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Use it as a base for pizza toppings like I did, or serve with pasta!
