You will need:
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 chia eggs (2 tbsp chia seeds + 5 tbsp water)
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup nondairy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup peanut butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, whisk together chia eggs, sugar, oil, milk, vanilla extract and melted chocolate chips.
Pour wet mixture into dry. Whisk to combine.
Melt peanut butter in microwave for about 30 seconds.
Pour brownie batter into pan. Drizzle melted peanut butter on top with a spoon. Use the back of the spoon to swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Serve warm!
