Ahhh… Spaghetti Os—the instant noodle soup dish that holds such a special place in my heart. Not only was it a cozy favorite from my childhood, it was also the inspiration for one of the first recipes I shared on this blog. Now I’ve finally come full circle with a recipe for the real deal Spaghetti Os…. but homemade. And healthier. And vegan. (And while we’re at it, why just Spaghetti Os—why not Spaghetti ABCDEs?)
The only ingredients you need are…
alphabet pasta (for Spaghetti ABCDEs) or anellini (for classic Spaghetti Os),
tomato sauce,
vegan cream cheese,
nooch,
and some pantry staple spices—garlic powder and paprika!
The recipe itself comes together in under 15 minutes, with NO prep required! Simple and nostalgic.
