You will need:
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/2 banana
- 3/4 cup plant milk
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. You will need to do this in intervals in order to push the fruit down.
- Transfer to a freezer-safe dish and freeze for at least half an hour.
- Remove the sorbet from your freezer at least 30 minutes before serving. You should be able to serve it easily using an ice cream scoop.
